CHEMICAL PRE-TREATMENT
The chemical pre-treatment is the best way for each coating to prepare a component part optimally for the coating process. The coating quality achieved can only be as good as its pre-treatment.
Nearly all work pieces must be degreased and preserved before the surface treatment in order to prevent oxidation.

In our company we run a fully automatic pre-treatment device. This immersion pre-treatment equipment is able to treat either 500 kg of work pieces in one of a total of 11 conveying baskets or many small parts in a drum in various treatment baths.

Due to the total immersion an optimal pre-treatment result is achieved, which in connection with the subsequent coating meets all requirements of our customer circle, such as the resistance of zinc phosphating up to 1,000 hours of salt spray test and the polyester powder lacquering with the result GT0.
We are able to carry out the following treatment processes:
For quality reasons only fully desalinated water is used in our plant. To this end we have at our disposal three desalination plants with a maximum capacity of 3 cbm/hour each.

Our plant is fully licensed according to the water rights and the immission control rights. In order to observe the required thresholds we also operate a wastewater treatment plant. Continuous quality and threshold checks guarantee the optimal pre-treatment quality.
