PRE-TREATMENT
Each coating requires a pre-treatment in order to reach and guarantee the best possible layer quality. All errors occurring during the pre-treatment process directly influence the quality of the coating.
We attach utmost importance to the pre-treatment. With the highest possible effort we carry out and supervise the pre-treatments available to us. Thereby we guarantee that no unwanted errors show in the coating finish.
The kind of pre-treatment always depends on the component part and varies depending on the customer's requests.
We carry out three kinds of pre-treatment:
Should after the pre-treatment further works be necessary, such as pre-turning or masking, we take over these tasks, too, of course. Please, refer to the chapter supporting services for further information.
