THERMAL SPRAYING
Thermal spraying is a physical surface treatement process. With the help of thermal spraying the surface coating of metallic or non-metallic kinds may be applied to nearly any base. Thereby the areas of application are numerous. They range from the coating of frying pans with Teflon and the protective spraying against wear and tear for construction machines to protective layers against erosion in aviation and astronautics.

Thermal spraying is divided into the following main process categories:
1. Plasma spraying
2. High velocity flame spraying (HVOF)
3. Powder flame spraying
4. Wire flame spraying
5. Arc spraying
6. Laser spraying
7. Detonation spraying
8. Cold spraying
Currently, we use the first five processes in our production. Which process is chosen merely depends on the qualities, which the layer should possess. Theses processes are not competitive, but complement each other.
Our seven cabins for thermal spraying are designed as sound insulation cabins. They all have an exhaust air opening, which meets the highest standard. Our spraying stands are certified according to the 4th BimSchV (federal immission control act). Thus we can spray all materials requested.
