The submission deadline ended on the 16th of September 2002. 407 suggestions for the new construction were submitted from all over the world, of which 6 teams were selected for the final round on the 11th of October 2002. On the 27th of February 2003 the design of the studio Daniel Liebskin, Berlin, was selected the winner. At the beginning of September 2002 we have submitted a design project developed by us to the LMDC. Our design was not selected for the final round.   A more detailed description may be found here.
